Ingredienser
 200 g fläskfilé
Salt
Peppar
3 msk kokosolja
1 liten lök
 1 vårlök
1 msk tomatpuré
400 ml köttfond
400 g kantareller
5 tsk smör
100 g grädde
 1/2 knippa färsk timjan
1 tsk sött paprikapulver
1 tsk persilja
